He has been in BNI Cochin Region in various roles. He was a Senior Director Consultant and Training Director in BNI Cochin and has conducted over 300 trainings in the form of in-house workshops. Also held the post of District Trainer in BNI India and conducted training across India.

In BNI he took roles in his chapter as President, Vice President, Mentor Coordinator, Connect Coordinator, Attendance Coordinator, and Green Coordinator. He was very dedicated and sincere to the roles with a systematic approach and a very meticulous in accomplishing things in his Chapter.
